While everyone’s coaching journey is unique to them, here at Radicle we’ve found that most of our relationships tend to follow a similar process. Below is a deeper look into what the process feels like.

Discombobulation and the Radicle Introduction

This is where our journey together starts. Whether you are an individual/leader looking for 1:1 coaching, an organization looking to form a more effective and cohesive team, or an organization looking to start a coaching culture at work; we are meeting because there is something that just doesn’t feel right and you are ready to change that.

Digging In

Once we’ve established our working relationship we set out to determine what exactly isn’t working, what it is you truly want, and how to get there. Before we jump into action, we slow down. We clarify what is important. At our disposal are a ton of useful tools to support our explorations.

Deepening Roots

Growth and healing are not linear paths. As we work together you may bump into challenges that shake up previously held beliefs, ways of operating, values, and ideas about who you truly are. This is the work that deepens our self-awareness and our awareness of our impact on others.

Flourishing

At this point things are going really well! You’ve got a whole bag full of effective tools that you feel confident applying as you meet new challenges. You are living from your values and purpose. You are in tune with your Radicle Self!

The Radicle Celebratory Firing

You have accomplished the thing you set out to do! We celebrate you and all the hard work and growth you’ve done. You declare with great triumph, “Radicle! You are fired!”

Torin is more like a guide. Someone who allows space for you to think and come up with your own answers but she also provides insight that she has acquired through research and study. She is very honest, real, caring, and trustworthy. She can really help you see through the fog and provide warmth, understanding, and encouragement.
